How is the platform priced?
Managed tiers are priced per governed model with usage-based metering for gateway traffic, billed through Stripe. Enterprise and Sovereign are annual agreements sized to your estate.
Is the Community tier really free?
Yes. The rules engine, evidence schema and Kafka SDK are open source. You can score models against ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF today without talking to us.
Can we move between tiers?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Moving from SaaS to self-hosted Enterprise includes a managed migration of your governance history and evidence ledger.
What does the SLA credit actually mean?
If we miss the committed uptime, the billing engine computes and applies service credits automatically on your next invoice — no claim form, no negotiation.
