Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026 · OCEKS LLC
This Privacy Policy describes how OCEKS LLC ("OCEKS", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the oceks.com website and the AIOPS platform (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect
Website. When you visit oceks.com we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed. When you contact us or request a demo, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, role and message content.
Platform. When your organization uses AIOPS, we process account information (name, email, role) and platform telemetry (audit logs, usage metrics) on behalf of your organization. Governance data — model documentation, assessment results, evidence packages — is processed under your organization's agreement and, in self-hosted and sovereign deployments, never leaves your infrastructure.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and secure the Services
- To respond to demo requests, sales and support inquiries
- To send service communications about your account or deployment
- To meet legal, audit and security obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer governance data to train models.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interest in operating and securing the Services, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Data retention
Website inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter. Platform data is retained according to your organization's agreement and configuration; evidence records may be retained on write-once storage where your organization enables immutable retention.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations, with your organization (for platform accounts it administers), or where required by law. In self-hosted and air-gapped deployments, platform data resides entirely within your organization's perimeter.
6. Security
We apply the same engineering standards described on our Security page to personal data: encryption in transit, least-privilege access, audit logging and fail-closed controls.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
8. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting platform customers are communicated through the channels defined in their agreements.
